會展管理公司保存你的個人資料的時限將不超過實際所需使用或所將需要的時間。會展管理公司所收集及持有的各類個人資料是有不同的保留時間。上述情況均受任何法律、法令、法規或會計要求所約束。

直接促銷通知

我們偶然會使用你的個人資料(包括你的姓名及聯絡資料)向你發送營銷資訊,如包含最新消息、各種服務的推廣資訊。 除非我們已取得你的同意或不反對通知,否則我們不可以如此使用你的個人資料。 你可通過以下途徑隨時並免費地要求停止收取營銷資訊: a. 按照營銷資訊中的指示要求停止收取 b. 電郵至[email protected]向資料私隱主任提出

為常處歐盟的人士而設的條款

如果你是常處歐盟,對於我們持有你的個人資料,你可享有額外的法律/合法權利,包括:

取得某些資料的權利

The Convention and Exhibition Management Company will retain your personal data for no longer than is actually necessary for the purposes for which it is used or is to be used. Different types of personal data collected and held by the Convention and Exhibition Management Company have different retention periods. The above is subject to any legal, statutory, regulatory, or accounting requirements.

Direct Marketing Notice

We may occasionally use your personal data (including your name and contact details) to send you marketing information, such as newsletters containing the latest news and promotional information on various services.

We may not use your personal data in this manner unless we have obtained your consent or indication of no objection.

You may request to stop receiving marketing information at any time and free of charge via the following channels:

  1. Follow the instructions in the marketing message to request to stop receiving it;
  2. Email the Data Privacy Officer at [email protected].

Access, Correction of Data, and Withdrawal of Consent

By emailing the 21 Communications Data Privacy Officer at [email protected], you have the right to:

  2. Request the Convention and Exhibition Management Company to correct any inaccurate personal data records (if any); and
  3. Withdraw consent regarding the use of personal data (such withdrawal may affect our provision of services to you).

The above requests will be handled promptly and free of charge in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

Terms for Individuals Located in the European Union

If you are located in the European Union (EU), you may enjoy additional legal/statutory rights regarding the personal data we hold about you, including:

Right to be Informed
